Who are we.
MILA is in partnership with leading Japanese industry players in the creation of Education to Employment programs. No such collaboration in the field of language centers so far and we take pride to jump start this endeavor.
The Japanese Teacher Exchange Program (JTEP) in partnership with our Japanese school partner in Japan will give better competency and teaching skills to our Filipino teachers while Japanese teacher counterpart will have an on-hand experience to teach Filipino students and learn Filipino culture as well.
The financial assistance provided by our affiliates to our students is another milestone for this business venture. Our business affiliates will not only pledge employment opportunities but also support them to be proficient in Japanese language and Caregiving techniques.
Whether through our International Study for Caregivers or Technical Intern Trainee Programs, Graduates of MILA will be assured of a Caregiving career in Japan.
The collaboration of academe and industry experts to train future labour force is the centerpiece of this institution.

What is Manila Kokusai Academy or Manila International Language Academy (MILA), its Mission and Vision?
MILA is a center of learning for Japanese language, Japan cross-culture & work ethics/values and Japan Basic Caregiving techniques based on the specifications set-forth by our industry partners and Japan Immigration.
Our service provides different learning modalities for International Students and Technical Intern Trainees to work as Caregivers in Japan.
This institution envisions to be at the forefront of Japanese language training industry trusted by foreign and local affiliates. We aim to produce graduates equipped with Japanese language proficiency endowed with strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, expertise, and morality.
What is the rationale behind the creation of MILA?
MILA was created for the sole purpose of bridging the communication gap and skills mismatch of our young professionals in the Caregiving industry who are dreaming of pursuing a career in Japan.
The Philippines has a very young and growing population known with its high competency in English language and hospitality. Japan on the other hand, is in dire need of
professional workforce to sustain its Caregiving industry for the inevitable reality of old age.
With this law of supply and demand, MILA was conceived. This institution will help strengthen the ties between Philippines and Japan through private bilateral cooperation.
