Who are we.

MILA is in partnership with leading Japanese industry players in the creation of Education to Employment programs. No such collaboration in the field of language centers so far and we take pride to jump start this endeavor.

The Japanese Teacher Exchange Program (JTEP) in partnership with our Japanese school partner in Japan will give better competency and teaching skills to our Filipino teachers while Japanese teacher counterpart will have an on-hand experience to teach Filipino students and learn Filipino culture as well.

MILA, envisions to be the preferred Japanese Language Institution in the Philippines trusted by different industries in bridging language, values and culture differences.

What is Manila Kokusai Academy or Manila International Language Academy (MILA), its Mission and Vision?

MILA is a center of learning for Japanese language, Japan cross-culture & work ethics/values. This institution envisions to be at the forefront of Japanese language training industry. We aim to produce graduates equipped with Japanese language proficiency endowed with strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, expertise, and morality.

What is the rationale behind the creation of MILA?

MILA was created for the sole purpose of bridging the communication gap and skills mismatch of our young professionals.

Establishment of LEAD TECHNICAL GAKUIN OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. A TESDA registered Technical Vocational Institution which offers Japanese language and Housekeeping courses. It is also an assessment center for Caregiving NC II.

January 2015

Establishment of LEAD TRAINING AND BUSINESS SOLUTIONS – BAGUIO A consultancy firm for Japan visas such as International study, Intra company, Engineer, Technical Intern Trainee, descendant, tourist and more.

February 2015

Establishment of LEAD TRAINING AND BUSINESS SOLUTIONS – DAVAO A consultancy firm for Japan visas such as International study, Intra company, Engineer, Technical Intern Trainee, descendant, tourist and more

Start of Caregiving in Japan (International Study Program).

Establishment of ANK EDUCATION CONSULTANCY A company which acts as an international agent for Japanese Language and Vocational schools in Japan.

Establishment of satellite office in Naga Colleges Foundation, Inc. To offer Basic Japanese Language and culture course to college students.
